User Story

As a player, I want Water-based spells to feel fluid and natural, so that I can see splashes, ripples, and mist effects when casting spells.

Description

  • Water spells emit mist, droplets, and waves upon impact.
  • Splashes create ripples when hitting surfaces.
  • Some spells generate steam when colliding with fire-based effects.

Test Cases

  • Verify that water particles animate realistically upon impact.
  • Ensure that ripples expand outward naturally when hitting the ground.
  • Confirm that water effects react properly with other elements (e.g., steam from fire).
